Pros

During Training they will feed you. Discounts is a plus. As for tips you do get cashed out per shift. Could be a great place to work if you never served here before. But if you have experience in fine dining than this is not the place to be at.

Cons

Tips are terrible here. The guests tip 10% and less even though you give the best fine dining service possible and flip tables. Its also super new and overly staffed that they give 3-4 table sections. They will give 5 tables and more to their favorite servers. There's alot of running sidework to do and they don't enforce it much. There will be alot of servers just standing around and talking rather than running food or polishing. Every small mistake you will be reprimanded for it and even demoted. If a guest complain alot than you will be demotes or pushed to quit. It seems like we work in the ghetto here because you can make over 3k in sales and still walk with only 100-200 in tips.

Pros

First and biggest pro is the quality of the management. Management goes out of their way that this is a good place to work and respect boundaries about what people can and want to do. I've personally experienced a lot of effort from management to tailor my hours and positions in the kitchen to match my skills and ambitious. The food is high quality. Everything is scratch made with good ingredients. You get a lot of chances to learn technically challenging dishes, and you're ability to learn and do these recipes is rewarded. There's a lot of chances to move up. There's many positions in the BOH and many opportunities to move around. Very positive and fun work environment. Having good vibes and a positive attitude along with skill is very valuable here

Cons

Its corporate, and the usual trappings of corporate still apply. It shifts tend to be shorter. More like 6 hours then 8. And they will ask you to double semi-regularly. It can be very busy. Extremely busy holidays and weekends. You will always have something to do.
