Thank you for leaving a review of what you experienced while working for North Star Insurance Advisors. We appreciate your engagement, but we are very disappointed to read that you did not have a positive work experience at North Star.
First, it is important to note that you were never an employee with North Star. You were an independent contractor working for yourself and engaging us in a subscription service to help build your insurance sales business.
The comment that you were promised a high commission then received a lower one must have been a misunderstanding on your part during your recruitment. All field agents start at either 30% or 40% but with the ability to increase your commission rate based on work performance all the way up to 70%.
The $500 subscription fee from North Star includes your access to our platform. Our platform includes our fantastic training program, business and sales advice from our business advisors, technology support and access, and unlimited prequalified leads. The agent must first complete their training program before they are provided with live transfers from the marketing department. The only agents who do not receive live transfers by the end of their 2nd week of training are those who failed to consistently show up for training or be coachable and follow the process we recommend to experience the consistent results and success so many of our long tenured insurance agents continue to experience year after year.
For this platform to work for agents who engage our subscription services, you have to be willing to be dependable to your own business and a willingness to follow the coaching our platform provides. If you are unwilling to do this, I’m not sure why you would engage us and pay for our subscription services for insurance agents.
