It’s a company that encourages growth and gives employees every opportunity and tool necessary to succeed in their own personal career ambitions. It very much lives by the saying “a rising tide lifts all ships”. They pay their employees a fair and market competitive wage. You aren’t going to be nickel and dimed by upper management. They’ll pay you what your worth, so you don’t have to worry or stress about negotiating a fair salary for yourself. They care about people in general and aren’t ones to put profits and the company’s bottom line above what’s actually best for the customer.
