Yearly Raise, great comradery with most co-worker's,
Cons
Inconsistency with performance improvement action plans from floor to floor. Also the computerized charting system is not integrated with all departments. That in return, leads to asking the patients the same question several times. It creates a bit of aggravation on the patients part.
