this is a great job in the OR if you need expirience to go to another job the docs are usually vey nice and will help if needed
Cons
administration thinks that they can play with the big dogs with little dog expirience ,pay is not that great, spouses are not covered by insurance if offered at their job , training is not that great, benefits are horrible, if you are not friend or family with management your screwed
