Pros

I like the seasonal work, There are long days but I enjoy paving, helping make the roads safer for everyone to drive on.

Cons

Long hours and its not year round work. Not enough help to keep crews working and not overworking employees because there is a lack of employees for this profession.

Great pay easy to ask for time off

Cons

Garbage management, favoritism, lack of supervision for certain employees that need to be managed. You will be lied to by management on the regular.
