Innovative, well respected university. Many opportunities to be involved in different initiatives. Improving record on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
Cons
High staff turnover. Confusion regarding different offices of the university, reporting lines, and responsibilities. No Cost-of-Living-Adjustments in salary, and merit pay increases for staff are typically under 3%; staff were thanked continuously for outstanding work during the pandemic, then not given merit pay increases for 2020. After proving efficacy in remote work, HR expects everyone to return to campus.
