      A company history of over 108 years, designing and manufacturing interior automotive decorative product, nameplate, and appliance products. Customers such as Ford and Harley Davidson with history of over 60 years with NEC. People who on average been with the company near 30 years.

      Cons

      With any company there is challenges, with a new direction, leadership and focus we are working to develop a better place to work. Focusing on Dignity and Respect for all employees.

      The processes are outdated. Some members have begun improving/streamlining, but there is a hesitation to change what has been done in the past.
