Toxic Work Environment - Mental Health Clinician Northern Human Services Employee Review

Toxic and burnt out work environment. Staff is overworked and under appreciated. Upper management is out of touch with what would improve employees quality of work experience, and this is shown by the increased number of staff members leaving. Office is decrepit and not well maintained. Staff end up cleaning bathroom because cleaners don't actually clean. Building smells like mold. Caseloads are never ending and paperwork is always increasing. Employees dismissed when they disagree with management. Upper management blames employees for all issues and doesn't do anything to actually improve quality.
