- Big Hospital Network with plenty of opportunity to move laterally

-No chance for pay increases that are not scheduled by the union. -Over works staff without adequate compensation for picking up extra time. -Hires more travelers instead of attempting to retain staff -No pay increases related to the Global Pandemic or any other disaster. -Focuses on the nitpicky problems instead of the actual systemic problems. -Recognition of staff for good work is poor and demeaning, offering measly gratitude. -Staff are under appreciated -Management does really know what's happening nor do they know their staff.
