Pros
New President is doing phenomenally well and truly cares about student livelihood. Pockets of fantastic faculty and professors sprinkled throughout the university. Small pond, big fish type atmosphere if one takes advantage of the opportunities available.
Cons
The Student Affairs office was the most dysfunctional and abrasive office to work in as the faculty often promoted their position rather than improving the well being of the actual students they were hired to promote. In addition to this, the employees within this office (exception to the secretaries) often times did not follow proper procedure when dealing with students and swept large problems under the rug.
