Pros
Great management. Decent pay. Loved the cost of living increases. Very understanding with family emergencies. Allowed me to work remotely. Loved the communication from management, between the team, and with other departments/teams. Loved the support from management in regards to customers. Great resources for policies and procedures. Great support when I first started so that I was able to succeed in my role. I just loved my job up until the end.
Cons
I left because my team was going to merge with another team which would have resulted in more work for less money and a decreased bonus. Inflation was just getting started and I knew that my pay wasn't going to cut it, so I left the company. Also, it was very hard to try and move up and around in the company.
