Pros
Great hours, start early so we can leave early in the Tempe location, lines up with standard Chicago business hours (central time).
Cons
Admittedly, I didn't really fit into the team culture very much, which is a first in any role I ever had and had a difficult time understanding it, so most of it is on me. Training for the role wasn't great and felt overwhelmed most of the time. It feels very clique-ish and you can tell right away who is tight with management and who isn't (me). Felt kind of like an outsider the majority of the time and the environment is very intimidating and borderline toxic if they view you unfit right away. In one year witnessed three people get fired, all individuals who were working there a year or less. They say they are patient with those learning the role and learning at a different pace than others, but didn't feel this was the case for me.
