Very good learning in banking domain. 2. good exposure. 3. very approachable management. 4. depending on teams flexible. 5. great for beginners 6. excellent leave policies, they have mandatory 5 day continuous leave policy, annual leave for beginners is 22 sick leave 9 and emergency 3 plus you can carry forward leaves to next year. 7. In most of the cases the management is transparent in terms of promotions and rewards. 8. HR is approachable and takes complaints seriously although they may not do much about it you can be sure they will give you a solution. 9. professional work environment.
Cons
1. some teams have extended work hours 10 - 14 hrs in peak season 2. women may not be happy with shift timings although the mgt is concerned and accommodates them. 3. your fate depends on your managers but most of them are fine.
