Pros
Competitive pay for junior engineers. Promotions seem to be straight forward.
Cons
Being a new employee, you would assume that management would have a proper plan for my tasks and responsibilities, nope. Not only did I have to constantly inquire on what I should be doing but whenever I did get a task it was to being a glorified security guard doing 100+ hours a pay period. Please tell me how any of this can be useful to my career. The guidance is terrible, making good use of engineers is terrible.
