I have been criticized before for my inability to say no to people. I am usually the first person to volunteer to do additional tasks and I sometimes get overloaded with work.

Lack of processes in place for adding transitions in department. Lack of organization/communication between administration and employees. No fluid communication with compensation department and employees on reviewing status due to added job duties. Inability to get in touch with higher administration to speak about problems. Burn out due to not seeking new processes.insufficient training on adding new job duties
