      Pros

      Understands when you have a personal problem or illnesss. Raises were great along with promotions. Gave extras to employees besides money. Insurance provided to employees was good.

      Cons

      My only con was the distance I had to drive and that was my problem - not theirs.

      Pros

      -some of the nurses on the floor were nice -gets your foot in the door with a hospital as a student -supportive management on the floor i was hired on

      Cons

      -low pay for what you put up with -was mainly working as a patient care tech as opposed to a nurse extern -nurses on the med/surg floors weren’t very nice and willing to help -don’t feel like i got enough training -the pre shift anxiety was horrendous
