      Pros

      Great co-workers, place is growing at a fast pace, loads of opportunties for career advancement and movement within the organization. All the rooms are private even in the ER. I think it is great that Senior management knows most employees by their name.

      Cons

      Not the greatest healthcare benefits. Little advancement in the area of computerized documentation

      Pros

      -some of the nurses on the floor were nice -gets your foot in the door with a hospital as a student -supportive management on the floor i was hired on

      Cons

      -low pay for what you put up with -was mainly working as a patient care tech as opposed to a nurse extern -nurses on the med/surg floors weren’t very nice and willing to help -don’t feel like i got enough training -the pre shift anxiety was horrendous
