Pros

1. large, reputable company (if you care about that). Lots of transfer opportunities after 6 months. 2. they seem to care a lot about culture. 3. the business office is located in a thriving community area. You can get food delivered to the building as well with the Fooda app. 4. For some business office roles, you may be fully remote after the 90 day period.

Cons

1. This company absolutely does not pay enough. At all. Notice the multiple reviews stating this. It’s NOT a lie. They physically count your years and months of experience and offer you an extremely undercut and non-livable wage. THEY DO NOT NEGOTIATE. Everything is scaled or done by a metric. If your experience falls 0.2 months outside of it, expect a low ball. Do not come here expecting a decent offer, unless you’re a physician or nurse. Within the business office alone, there are MANY people who work multiple jobs to get by. Plenty of casual chats on the elevator about this. A lot of them are keeping this job for the pension, which doesn’t even kick in to become a real benefit until much later. They leave their early shift here and drive straight to their second one. That’s among the top feedback that I first heard upon being hired. For a multi million dollar corporation, you’d think they care about their employees not having to work two jobs and a side hustle to get by. For fully remote roles, this may be beneficial to you so you can get a second job. You’re probably gonna need it. 2. The PTO policy is GOD AWFUL. You accumulate a fair amount of PTO but you are NOT permitted to use it during your 90 day probation. THEY DO NOT PAY YOU FOR HOLIDAYS. Read that again. Per their own policy effective March 2026, you are REQUIRED to use your own PTO for observed and actual holidays. Unpaid leave is NOT allowed here. If your dept leaves 2 hours early, you have to take PTO for that too, unless you wanna work the two hours during the week. They don’t tell you this until a holiday comes up and then it’s thrown at you. For example, if the company observes the 4th of July on a Friday because it’s on a Saturday, and your department leaves early on Thursday, you are REQUIRED to take 10 hours of PTO. Perhaps this is the most non generous corporation I’ve ever worked for. You accumulate PTO in a decent amount, but you can’t save it unless you take zero days off like a worker bee. 3. They value worker bee culture in the business office. 4. PTO requests require two weeks in advance. So don’t make immediate plans or need a day off suddenly. Probably won’t happen or they’ll send you through hoops. 5. THEY DO NOT PAY OUT FOR PTO IF YOU RESIGN. You forfeit it. 6. 30 day notice, NOT two weeks. Or you’re going on the not eligible for rehire list. 7. If you’re a hourly employee, they go by time blocks. If your shift starts at 8am, you have approximately until 8:07am to clock in. At 8:08am, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED to stay an additional 15 minutes after your shift to make up the time. So you’ll leave at 4:15pm. If you arrive at 8:15, God forbid, you’ll be in until 4:30pm. If you don’t, your check will be short. VERY. Couple that with already being severely underpaid…..
