Pros

Decent pay, good trainers, that's about all.

Cons

Rude supervisors - I was a new hire and left at the end of the week because they were judging my weight. The dress code is archaic and leaves no room for self-expression. It doesn't matter if you're a phone agent taking calls or hardly ever talk to customers face-to-face. There's no flexibility either so don't be unemployed for too long because they won't care if you're too broke to buy new clothes. Additionally their point system for attendance is ridiculous. You could have an emergency that lasts for three days but they don't care, the points get added anyways and don't drop off for a YEAR!! No access to vision for a year, no access to dental for 9 months... Stay away

Pros

Organized, benefits, easy to learn role and material after some time, and made friends

Cons

Weird, nonexistent culture (encouraged and established by management), benefits only available after certain amount of months (health 3, dental 6? if I remember and vision 12). Work from home offering is bait and switch as they are actively working towards fully eliminating it.
