Pros
Union jobs (only to keep largest clients happy) Good coworkers.
Cons
Culture of micromanaging to the point of bullying. Abysmal training across the board. Lower management is unqualified, upper management is uninterested. Both are lazy, only relying on KPIs that the majority don't even understand. Hard work and loyalty are not rewarded. You don't have to be good at your job, or even understand what you're doing to move up with the company. You just have to be willing to throw folks under the bus and pass the blame. Any supervisor who actually tries to develop a team spirit or improve employee morale is automatically under suspicion for not being on the right side.
