Pros
Benefits package is decent. Hours are managable, unless you live outside of the city limits, Hello rush hour traffic. Starbucks accross the street where you can use their free internet to look for another job. Blue, GF, Neddleton and Mr. USA; all of the Lady G's.
Cons
Management, rules, the work itself; I am suprised there isn't a guard tower and barbed wire fences to keep you on task at typing into your (possibly working) 10 key. You get an hour lunch, which is far too long for the location. You are in at 8 and out at 5; perfect, because each way you are sure to hit grueling traffic to get to and from this dragging, soul-sucking job. I liked direct management. They were personable and even nice, they are just following the standards set by their bosses who probably got picked on a lot as kids so now they take it out on their subordinates. Overall, the work is mindless and they don't allow any freedom to make it a little less dulling; you can't even put a picture on your desk. Make no mistake, you will be working in a cubicle farm and scrutinized for anything you do. DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT AGREEMENT! Whatever you do, don't sign this thing. They use it as a tool to keep employees by fear. Here's an idea, why don't you make a work environment conducive to employee growth and you wouldn't have to trick employees in to staying a year. I dreaded every morning waking up to come to this place. The paycheck wasn't even that much of a plus because it is really not that great of pay. If you need a first job out of school, take this one, don't sign the agreement and keep looking for something else. Remind yourself that every day is one day closer to your last one there.
