Pros
-Good if you like doing routine, repetitive basic admin work (phone calls, data entry, paperwork) -You will learn the basics of any typical corporate company structure -Clients worked with can consist of global, national companies -No work to take home
Cons
-Non-existent upward career opportunities. Company is not growing -As retirement pensions fade, this company will need to restructure or fall on its face -Employee comments and feedback are noted, but never implemented -Minimal flat rate (not percentage based) annual salary increase ($75-100/month salary increase) -Promotions if at all are based on seniority and not performance -This is a job, not a career starter
