We have worked with external consultants to ensure that the benefits we provide are better than our competitors at a cost that is unmatched in our industry for both our employee categories, union and non-union. We also subsidize 50% for Orca cards. With regards to our dress code, it is understandable that employees may wish for a more relaxed dress code, however, we are in the professional services industry—and we want our employees to reflect that level of professionalism.
