Pros

Company offers health plan, pension and assistance with Orca card, they do not give it to you as earlier review stated. Most contract employees are great to work with, most management speaks when spoken to unless you (even if they were previously contract)

Cons

The code was totally unreal, beginning this Monday I don't need to wear hosiery under my pants and my shoulder straps don't need to be over 3" (I can have open toe shoes if my toes are presentable)..spoke too soon, we now have to clock out to use the bathroom, over 5 minutes they could start deducting from your pay, too many you may be in trouble. Too many cons to list.

We are happy to see that our benefits program is valuable to you. We have worked with external consultants to ensure that the benefits we provide are better than our competitors at a cost that is unmatched in our industry for both our employee categories, union and non-union. We also subsidize 50% for Orca cards. With regards to our dress code, it is understandable that employees may wish for a more relaxed dress code, however, we are in the professional services industry—and we want our employees to reflect that level of professionalism.

Pros

Organized, benefits, easy to learn role and material after some time, and made friends

Cons

Weird, nonexistent culture (encouraged and established by management), benefits only available after certain amount of months (health 3, dental 6? if I remember and vision 12). Work from home offering is bait and switch as they are actively working towards fully eliminating it.
