      Pros

      Some middle and lower management employees who have been around for 30+ years. They are incredibly loyal and caring individuals who need some serious guidance.

      Cons

      Top Management hasn't broadened its horizons in 30 years. They have no idea how to communicate or empathize. Hiring another member of the silver spoon set didn't enhance management at all. Atmosphere is toxic.

      We are incredibly proud of our loyal, long-term staff. In the month of June, over 25 employees celebrated 5 or more years at NWA. It should be no surprise that many of those employees would have positive things to say about their experience at NWA. We do not ask that employees post positive comments on our behalf.

      Pros

      Organized, benefits, easy to learn role and material after some time, and made friends

      Cons

      Weird, nonexistent culture (encouraged and established by management), benefits only available after certain amount of months (health 3, dental 6? if I remember and vision 12). Work from home offering is bait and switch as they are actively working towards fully eliminating it.
