Pros

Ok Medical benefits, too bad you're never allowed to make a Dr's appointment.

Cons

Hard work and your qualifications do not pay off here. Advancement can only be achieved by kissing up to management. This place also has a thriving cancerous culture of departmental bullying, upper management is aware and blissfully willing to ignore the issue as long as it doesn't directly affect them. I read a review on here that puts down starbucks workers in comparison to this job (clearly a fake review). If this company were as good as that review made it sound, such need to put someone elses occupation down would be unecessary. Hard work does not pay off, this place will cut you off at the knees and still expect you to reach for the top shelf so, systematically you are screwed. The HR department in two words, pit vipers. This company has unjustly fired people who were assests to ceretain departments, deficient management unable to extend helpful tools and training for employee growth, morale is absolutely absent until it's time to renew a collective bargaining agreement with the Union for union employees. The list of cons is truly endless.

Pros

Organized, benefits, easy to learn role and material after some time, and made friends

Cons

Weird, nonexistent culture (encouraged and established by management), benefits only available after certain amount of months (health 3, dental 6? if I remember and vision 12). Work from home offering is bait and switch as they are actively working towards fully eliminating it.
