You do get paid. The benefits package is decent, for both bargaining unit and non-union employees.
Cons
A joke of a working environment. I will say this, most of the reviews here are spot on, and those that are great really are fake made up reviews. That alone pretty much sums up this company. Do yourself a favor... stay away. If you don't believe it, just talk to someone who works at Northwest and ask them how it is. Most are trying to get out, or will be shortly.
