Pros

- great work/life balance - remote opportunities - union representation (depending on position) - consistent pay raises - management attempts to create consistency in terms of meeting productions and accuracy metrics - management really makes “the little people” feel like they want you to succeed (team environment) - community is fostered even with 98% employees working remotely

Cons

- inconsistent enforcement of certain policies and procedures - metrics and expectations exist but enforcement is left up to the discretion of reviewers, resulting in inconsistent feedback to processors - outdated and dis-integrated systems impact work flow

Pros

Organized, benefits, easy to learn role and material after some time, and made friends

Cons

Weird, nonexistent culture (encouraged and established by management), benefits only available after certain amount of months (health 3, dental 6? if I remember and vision 12). Work from home offering is bait and switch as they are actively working towards fully eliminating it.
