Pros

There isn't a lot going for this company. The co-workers you have are awesome since they are all suffering with you. Some of the business experience you get is worth adding on your resume. The benefits are pretty good, since it has to distract from how badly they pay you and how small the raises are. The work can be interesting when you're not spending 40 hours a week mindlessly entering data. You work 40 hours a week, no more no less, which is nice for work/life balance.

Cons

Overall, it's a terribly run company that has zero respect for it's employees. They have no problem constantly failing high performers who answer everything correctly on the "Senior Test" by .25 points, meanwhile letting the people they like pass despite them skipping 5 questions (keep in mind you are only allowed to miss 4 questions). The "promotions" they give you, which are just exits into other departments, come with 20 cent an hour raises they think you should be grateful for. If you ever turn down a "promotion" with a "raise" they will passively aggressively send you e-mails to reconsider, without ever upping the offer. They have no issues letting people go on December 23rd because they would rather not have to pay them for Christmas. Yes, they rather pocket the $100 then give it to the employees who have been there for years during the holidays. Management constantly ask us why there's an 80% year 1 staff turnover rate, because they can't admit that it's really them and the ridiculous culture they built into this company.

Pros

Organized, benefits, easy to learn role and material after some time, and made friends

Cons

Weird, nonexistent culture (encouraged and established by management), benefits only available after certain amount of months (health 3, dental 6? if I remember and vision 12). Work from home offering is bait and switch as they are actively working towards fully eliminating it.
