Pros
Solid training, people are always willing to help. Great work environment. Not captive.... meaning you can always sell other products. Throughout my two years, the internship has changed me into a smarter and completed professional. I was able to tie in what i learned at nmfn and apply it to other jobs. I am a better salesman more professional. Great opportunity to learn if you put in the work. Although the pay is a bit lower due to commission only.... you do learn alot! My first summer i ended up making 5000.00.... which is higher than what my friends were making working and interning at a corporate firm. Overall, I made a decent income part time selling life and health insurance.... my health insurance amounted to 50 dollars residual monthly... pretty neat! Essentially the firm is great to learn and work for if you LOVE sales, commission structure, and putting in very hardwork for 5 yrs
Cons
Once u leave the firm u can't take ur book of nmfn clients with u.... they charge you for office space after ur first year of fulltime... other than that... it is a solid firm!
