Pros
- Co-workers are very smart and have strong experience in healthcare and tech - The platform is powerful and has great product market fit; currently set up well for early adopters but needs to be cleaned up and mature as we train up more users on the platform - Lots of market/customer excitement for what we're building and what we're enabling them to build
Cons
- Have gone through growing pains last year which has dampened morale but feel that we are emerging out of that with a strong path forward, we just need to execute - Product has pivoted a few times over the years which has been rough on team alignment and restructures
