Communication is horrible in this company and no one knows how to delegate tasks effectively, No one takes responsibility and it's constant blame games, The people picked to lead upper management have been questionable. Salary is not competitive, especially with the current state of the economy, Everything is still on paper and some procedures are outdated. Things were somewhat better before the merger.
