Pros
Generally, people in the trenches get along and HR takes work environment issues seriously. Good product pipeline. Everyone on Glassdoor talks about the cafeteria, but seriously, it's excellent for a company this size. Co-ops and interns can expect to get a lot of hands-on experience.
Cons
Executives are dialed-out, but they panic easily and then swoop in to micromanage if there's a fire to fight. New product introductions run years behind schedule because they are handed off from one overextended department to another with no accountability or tracking, causing mistakes, miscommunications, and rework after rework. There is a lot of complaining from managers about retention and disloyalty, but no one wants to recognize that the glass ceiling is a problem and it drives employees to other companies.
