      great café good people easy enviornment good parking very scenic locale. lots of space Very friendly workers, open honest and hard working great food

      Cons

      very poor management. They love to yell at nothing. All have massive egos. don't allow Spanish to be spoken anywhere in co. Yet most workers are SPANISH. Very racist overtones

      Legacy Nova was a great company to work for. New Nova is a completely different story.

      New Management Team doesn't care about the people. Only profits.
