Pros
This company is headed in the right direction with their product, has good parking, cafeteria , some benefits that are worth sticking around. Good acquire experience and then run as fast as you can.
Cons
Management has the tendency to assign responsibilities that are beyond your job description , not training you on it and expects you to complete them with no mistakes, also very hesitant to give you a raise(not like they are good raises either) , quick to criticize any mistake and bring your moral down ,rather than focusing on training you to avoid recurrence. Training is extremely poor, culture is train as you go ,but no mistakes allowed. Supervisors are constantly stabbing each other in the back ,and they pass this behavior on to the operators so it is a very hostile environment (you got to watch your back) regardless how good , responsible and dedicated of an employee you are do not expect a promotion most likely they will hire from out side, rather then in house.
