Pros
The cafeteria is nice and has good food.
Cons
If you're considering a career with Nova Biomedical, run the other way. My experience as a new sales rep was nothing short of appalling. I was fired after just a month — yes, a single month — without any clear guidance, structured onboarding, or legitimate chance to succeed. From day one, I received zero direction. Communication was secretive, disorganized, and deeply unprofessional. What’s worse, I shared a personal family issue — my mother's recent diagnosis with a serious neurological disease — only to feel that it was later weaponized as part of the justification for my termination. That’s not just cold — it’s cruel. Meanwhile, others on the team were granted extended 90-day grace periods — some up to 180 days — for no clear reason, no documentation, and no transparency. I wasn’t offered that same professional courtesy. No feedback, no support, no warning — just a swift, silent knife in the back. In my opinion, the leadership at Nova Biomedical — at least in the division I was part of — is deceptive, petty, and completely lacking in integrity. If you're expecting mentorship, fairness, or even basic human decency, look elsewhere. Avoid this place at all costs.
