      Most people are friendly, BBQ's in the back parking lot

      Cons

      A few of the founders have created a toxic environment. Documentation is disorganized, squirreled away or non-existent. Lack of communication skills with critical people. Bonuses are a joke and lack of stock options is pathetic.
