* There is a corporate culture of recognizing and congratulating people who get stuff done * Health and wellbeing of employees is a priority * The work is interesting (to me!) and there is lots of company pride

Cons

* The Orion division is in Kansas, so if you aren't in Kansas, but want to work in the Orion division, this is defo a con.

I had the privilege of being part of the Novatech family as an accountant for a significant period, and I must say it was an enriching and fulfilling experience. Novatech's management team deserves accolades for their visionary leadership and dedication to the company's growth and success. Their open-door policy and willingness to listen to employee ideas created an environment where everyone felt heard and valued.
