- Monday - Friday 8am-5pm - extra pay for being a float - great pay and raises - great coworkers - great manager - allowed to take days off as long as told in advance

Cons

- points even when sick with doctor notes

Pros

Of all the companies I have worked for Novant has been the best experience. I moved back into leadership after years of having stepped back from leadership due to burnout and frustration. Novant invests more than any company I have seen in both frontline and leader development, with cohesive messaging about priorities. I truly enjoy the teams I work with.

Cons

IT was moved to overseas a few years back. They back-pedaled on this and moved some aspects back to domestic coverage, but overall, I can't see where this improves operational efficiency despite surface level savings.
