The culture at Novant Health is like nothing I've ever seen in healthcare. I work with people and leaders who genuinely care about their employees. Doesn't mean work is always easy and there aren't hard days, but I appreciate having a leader who cares about how thing impact me.
Cons
Pace of change here is very fast which can get exhausting, but it's good to work for a company that's growing not shrinking.

Of all the companies I have worked for Novant has been the best experience. I moved back into leadership after years of having stepped back from leadership due to burnout and frustration. Novant invests more than any company I have seen in both frontline and leader development, with cohesive messaging about priorities. I truly enjoy the teams I work with.
Cons
IT was moved to overseas a few years back. They back-pedaled on this and moved some aspects back to domestic coverage, but overall, I can't see where this improves operational efficiency despite surface level savings.
