      Pros

      Great benefits and salary. Great working environment. The administrative staff are excellent and really focus on a employee relations.

      Cons

      In my opinion, there are not too many cons to working at Novant Health. The only negative I can think of is that there are only two hospital systems in the area where I live because both systems are so big. So it doesn't give much of a choice where to work.

      Pros

      Of all the companies I have worked for Novant has been the best experience. I moved back into leadership after years of having stepped back from leadership due to burnout and frustration. Novant invests more than any company I have seen in both frontline and leader development, with cohesive messaging about priorities. I truly enjoy the teams I work with.

      Cons

      IT was moved to overseas a few years back. They back-pedaled on this and moved some aspects back to domestic coverage, but overall, I can't see where this improves operational efficiency despite surface level savings.
