      Pros

      I have been working for Novant Health for 10 years and absolutely love working here. There is so much growth potential here and the culture is amazing. Novant Health is big on having work/life balance and it makes it easy to come to work everyday. Our CEO Carl Armato really cares about the team members and set such a positive example of what true leadership exhibits. Novant pays well and benefits are affordable and the best in the market. I have been in healthcare for 23 years and worked for many large organizations, but Novant has been the best!!

      Pros

      Of all the companies I have worked for Novant has been the best experience. I moved back into leadership after years of having stepped back from leadership due to burnout and frustration. Novant invests more than any company I have seen in both frontline and leader development, with cohesive messaging about priorities. I truly enjoy the teams I work with.

      Cons

      IT was moved to overseas a few years back. They back-pedaled on this and moved some aspects back to domestic coverage, but overall, I can't see where this improves operational efficiency despite surface level savings.
