I had a great experience as a Research Assistant at Novant Health. The team was welcoming, collaborative, and supportive of learning. Depending on the project, the workload could fluctuate, and some tasks were repetitive, such as data entry and documentation. However, these responsibilities are a normal part of research and helped reinforce attention to detail.
