      Pros

      I absolutely love working here. The department I work in was very helpful in training and was glad to answer any questions I had. I've met the CEO once and he seems to really care for his people, down to earth guy. Wish I would have applied to work here sooner.

      Cons

      Not a con with the company, more like the employees. You try and smile walking down the hallway and most staff will ignore you. Smile people :)

      Pros

      Of all the companies I have worked for Novant has been the best experience. I moved back into leadership after years of having stepped back from leadership due to burnout and frustration. Novant invests more than any company I have seen in both frontline and leader development, with cohesive messaging about priorities. I truly enjoy the teams I work with.

      Cons

      IT was moved to overseas a few years back. They back-pedaled on this and moved some aspects back to domestic coverage, but overall, I can't see where this improves operational efficiency despite surface level savings.
