      Pros

      Stable organization, clear management goals from the c-suite, strong fiscal position compared to any nationally ranked Hospital (Small and large), great benefits and great cost of same, overall a great organization.

      Cons

      average to slightly lower than average pay scale. promote from within, but don't offer great pay jumps for advancement, unless your coming from outside the organization.

      Pros

      Of all the companies I have worked for Novant has been the best experience. I moved back into leadership after years of having stepped back from leadership due to burnout and frustration. Novant invests more than any company I have seen in both frontline and leader development, with cohesive messaging about priorities. I truly enjoy the teams I work with.

      Cons

      IT was moved to overseas a few years back. They back-pedaled on this and moved some aspects back to domestic coverage, but overall, I can't see where this improves operational efficiency despite surface level savings.
