Pros
There are some truly good people here.
Cons
This is a very challenging place to work, overall it can be a toxic and depressing atmosphere. There is no strategic vision for the Celera Motion business unit. With the top leadership changes there also seems to be an inability to make a decision. People in engineering, product management and sales groups are more interested in preserving their work from home status than actually contributing. The Bedford facility is basically a ghost town where the turn over is extremely high. People with the company for more than 3 years are senior employees. There are also nonsensical promotions of underperforming employees (most likely to retain the individual). There are other business units that work better but ultimately Celera Motion is a very siloed environment and I consider this to be a low light of my career. The issues stem from the top management, which is completely indecisive.
