      Pros

      Good job to get experience in pharmaceuticals. Training of products are covered well.

      Cons

      Low paying compared to other pharmaceutical companies. No room for advancement even if you have completed management development with them. Management style is very hands on...micromanagers. Most are people who used to be representatives themselves so they don't have any value to bring to their employees.

      Pros

      Great leaders of the program, Jess and Raf, they still keep in touch with past interns good envrionemnt, had living provided and cahrlie car got very close with other interns (network for life)

      Cons

      Training was long and the mentors shoudlve done it too some of the departments are clicky and some mentors suck and skip through the training
