Pros

Good benefits and good co-workers.

Cons

Terrible management, they lack of experience and someone likes to micromanage your work, and the work of other managers. They like to select their favorites, including people who do not do anything in the lab and get promoted cause they are friends with management. There is zero growth in this department unless you become a tool and do side “projects” in order to be out of the lab. There is no equal work opportunity in this place.
