Pros
This Company have a true committment with the people development, all bossses have a KPI on this, and this is taken very seriously. Opportunities are huge, sometimes there are no people to cover positions
Cons
The work style is very authoritarian, many directors are tyranic-style, with a few exceptions. SO you must have to have the patient of Gandhi, if you can´t manage acid and sarcastic feedback this is not for you. Thats the price to pay to ascend through the corporate ladder.
