Pros
plenty of work. the pay is decent with health, dental, vision vacation & other great benefits. one of the best secure jobs I have ever had. excellent earning opportunities with overtime shifts worked. people who can work together, have a little fun & not get too stressed out, work hard with diligence & safety in mind, & be quality oriented should apply. it is a good steady employer you have the option to advance to different positions if you want. the company rewards the employees for working on Holidays, & they do take care of the employees very well.
Cons
the hours are long, the work can be very hard at times, it is super fast paced mostly & very hot in the building during summertime. there is pressure to put out maximum production with high quality product. employees get stressed at times, as everyone will in life, which makes the job tougher than it needs to be. many people cannot handle the workload, or for very long, which leads to a lot of new people being trained at times. with new employees, it is hard to run steady & smooth with out problems due to new people not knowing every detail of the job or not having their position mastered. it takes some time to master a job so you have to have a "will not give up" frame of mind & positive attitude to be a lasting employee usually.
